Description

Cars frequently run the lights at this pelican crossing - many build up a dangerous speed travelling along Tooting Bec Road and do not stop for red lights, and also many cars turning left out of Elmbourne Road do not stop for (or notice?) the traffic lights which are immediately to their left on Tooting Bec Road. I have nearly been hit by a car turning left out of Elmbourne Road.
